Hudson Villas is a gated community and is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are 60 fully furnished apartments, of which 55 are single occupancy apartments, complete with private bathrooms, closets, and efficiency kitchens. Of the 60 rooms, five are one-bedroom style apartments with separate living and bedroom areas. There are two laundry rooms, a computer room and fitness room in the facility. Common living spaces are provided throughout the building and lead to the courtyard area. The courtyard was designed to be a focal point of the building and incorporates features such as a gazebo, fire pit, and fountain as well as outdoor dining areas.
Support Services
Hudson Villas has on-site support services to assist residents with daily living tasks. Our support services staff is available to assist residents with all aspects of daily living, and to work with residents to achieve self-sufficiency. Some of the services our staff provides are:
